Job 4 (Connect two consoles via LAN)

The game we will be using the LAN on will be Vegas 2, some games and console will be slightly different to set up and is basically the same layout for every game and console, just showed in a different way  

Step 1 (Inset your Game)

First you will need to insert the game you wish to play on your LAN, once the game has loaded on the PS3 select it from your game menu and wait for the game to load to the main menu

Step 2 (Choose LAN from the Menu)

Duppending on your game the layout might be different so check with your game's case menu to find the LAN feature, then either choose 'New LAN' or choose a saved LAN on the console


Note*
on this set up we are using WiFi within the console, on older machines without WiFi connection you may have to connect an Ethernet cable between the consoles

Step 3 (Sign-in to the LAN)

When you have selected a LAN to play on you may have to sign in or if its a new connection you may have to set it up, this is a fairly straight forward to complete

Step 4 (Setting up a Game)

With a LAN connection you can either be the Host (Controls the game settings) or you can be the Joiner (Leaches into a game already set up)

Here we will be the Host of the game and this page depending on you game will require you to set up time limits, weapons allowed, map, and more options

Step 5 (Loading)

Now you will have to wait for other people to connect to your game within your network and wait for the game to load, this is the last step into creating a LAN
